HOLIDAY CLUB ACCOUNTS
Start planning for Christmas early. You can open your account any time during the year and the funds accumulate until the end of October. On the first business day of November checks are disbursed for the accumulated amount in the account. ***There is an early withdrawal penalty of $25 for any withdrawal before November 1st.

CERTIFICATE OF DEPOSITS
A minimum deposit of $2000.00 is required to open. Terms range from 12 months to 36 months.

PERSONAL  LOANS
Unexpected expenses come up from time to time and you need cash…….fast! A signature loan is an unsecured personal loan. Up to $10,000.00 with terms up to 48 months. Rates vary depending on payment history, work history and debt ratio. (See our rate schedule)

AUTO LOANS
Borrowing is made easy. Loan pre-approval, payroll deduction, on-line applications and competitive interest rates make Olin Employees LC FCU the place to finance all your vehicle needs. Best of all processing time is fast; you can usually have a loan decision on the same day you submit your application.

NEW AUTO LOAN FEATURE:
Up to 110% financing of price, with terms up to 72 months. Vehicles with less than 25,000 miles may be financed at new car rate.


USED AUTO LOAN FEATURE:
No money down can finance up to 110% on the retail value on any vehicle listed in the NADA Guide up to 7 years old.

NEW OR USED MOTORCYCLE, ATV, PERSONAL WATERCRAFT, BOAT, MOTOR, OR TRAILER
Financing is under the same terms as new and used vehicles.

NEW MOBILE HOME LOANS
Financing up to $45,000 with terms up to 180 months.

USED MOBILE HOME LOANS
Financing up to $30,000 with terms up to 120 months. Rates and terms vary depending on the age of the mobile home ( 1-5 yrs old).

NEW RV’S, TRAVEL TRAILERS, CAMPERS OR MOTOR HOMES
Up to 110% of the selling price (maximum of $35,000), with terms up to 120 months.

USED RV’S, TRAVEL TRAILERS, CAMPERS OR MOTOR HOMES
Up to 110% of the selling price (maximum of $25,000). With terms up to 96 months. Rates and terms vary depending on the age (1-5 yrs old).

SHARE SECURED LOAN
Up to 100% of the available balance in share account with terms up to 60 months.

REAL ESTATE(LAND ONLY) LOANS
Up to 90% of the appraisal or selling price (maximum of $50,000). With terms up to 120 months.
Member is responsible for appraisal and attorney fees.

HOME LOANS AND SECOND MORTGAGES

HOME EQUITY LOANS
Up to 80% of appraised value.  Rates and terms are available upon request.

HOUSEHOLD GOOD LOANS
